our process

It's as simple as changing a sparkplug or driving a car. You just signup, post a project and we get to work. But of course knowing a little more helps. If you'd like to know our rates, see the Hire Us page and request our rate card. You can create an account, login and get our rates all from the Hire Us page.

Note: We work in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite. We work in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, XD and Sketch.

  1. Post a project

Fill out our project submission form online and put in all the juicy, pertinent details so we know what to do. Then just upload the files to box, dropbox or wetransfer and include the link for us to download. Be thorough in your direction with pdf markups or scanned markups so the changes and updates are clear. Relax, knowing we’ll take it from there. Be sure to include font and all linked artwork. If using InDesign we recommend packaging the files so the program collects all related fonts and files. Only takes a minute.

  1. Our pros get to work

Time to burn rubber. We’ll assign the work to one of our seasoned professionals and we’ll get to work. If we have a question we’ll send an email but our goal is to get the work done and upload it back to you before 9am the next morning without bothering you one bit.

  1. Download and approve work

Once we're done we'll send a link to your email by 9am the next morning with the completed work. Just have your team download and review. Then send a message that everything is good to go. We'll send an electronic invoice. If there are more changes just markup for another round.
